In 1927 the New York Yankees won 110 games and only lost 44! The Yankees got the nickname as "Murderers Row." In the 1927 World Series the Yankees swept the Pittsburgh Pirates.


Babe Ruth used to be a pitcher for the  Boston Red Sox! In 1916 Babe Ruth got the record that year with the lowest earned run average (ERA)with 1.75. 





Football Facts

Don Hutson was the first NFL MVP to win the award two years in a row. 


The first Super Bowl was played in 1967, Vs the Chiefs and the Packers. The first touchdown scored was passed by Bart Starr to Max McGee.


 In the early to mid 1990s the Buffalo Bills lost 4 Super Bowls in a row. It was the 4th Quarter the Bills Kicker Scott Norwood had to kick a 47 yard field goal. But then... He missed it wide right.

 The Bills also had a nickname "Boy I love losing super bowls


The Tampa Bay  Buccaneers lost 26 straight games between 1976 and 1977 NFL seasons. 


The 1972 Miami Dolphins went 14-0 and won the Super Bowl. In Week 5 of 1972 NFL Season the Dolphins Quarterback, Bob Griese broke his ankle, then the Miami Dolphins had to use the Backup Quarterback for the rest of that season

Hockey Facts

The Montreal Canadiens have the most Stanley Cup wins with 24 wins.

Wayne Gretzky scored 894 goals in his NHL career, Also in the 1985-86 NHL season Gretzky earned 215 points in that season. 

The only player with more goals than Wayne Gretzky is Alexander Ovechkin with 898 goals. 

I don't really care about hockey, But when The United States played against Canada in 4 Nations Face-Off, It was cool. I think It was cool because of the... FIGHTING!
